profane, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable
material of any kind, including, but not limited to, any material which
encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, violate the
rights of others, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state,
national or international law.
5. You agree to not post information or correspondence that is not of a
professional nature or which contravenes UK and US Federal, and
International Trademark or copyright laws and restrictions in any way.

neither PBT Media Relations Ltd. nor its affiliates is under any
obligation to do so.

the right to change or modify portfolio information or message board
postings as needed and without notice.

not control the information available on the news bulletin systems and
payment systems and that any opinions, advice, statements, services,
offers or other information or content presented or disseminated on any
of the news bullitin systems are those of their respective authors, who
are solely liable for their content.
10. PBT Media Relations Ltd. has guidelines regarding posting of
appropriate images, email addresses, content, and links. to that end,
PBT Media Relations Ltd. and its affiliates reserve the right, in their
sole discretion, to deny access to the email systems provided for
general community use. PBT Media Relations Ltd. and its affiliates
reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to edit, refuse to post, or
remove any material, links, email addresses, images, and content
submitted to, or posted by users.

affiliates, agents, representatives or licensors shall be liable toyou
or anyone elsa for any loss or injury or any direct, indirect,

14. Only registered Agency account holders may scout or recruit through
Vampire.uk.com.
15. PBT Media Relations Ltd. and its affiliates do not review or monitor
any web sites linked to the Service or from personal portfolios on this
site. When clicking links to personal pages from PBT Media Relations
Ltd. all users of the system acknowledge that PBT Media Relations Ltd.
is not responsible for the accuracy or content of those links.
16. Users agree to not post URL's and other web links in any form, into
your personal page section, or the main portfolio page as links or text,
that lead to ADULT SITES. PBT Media Relations Ltd. reseves the right to
remove from it's sites any references or portfolios containing Adult
Sites without notice. Additionally certain links to sites, as determined
from time to time by PBT Media Relations Ltd., or the use of links and
web addresses, or the use of html formatting and scripting in certain
portfolio types as determined by PBT Media Relations Ltd., may not be
permitted within the portfolio or as an acceptable use of the personal
page link or as portfolio content.
17. PBT Media Relations Ltd. is under no obligation to provide exposure
to competing sites through links or other methods in portfolio and may
remove those at its discretion, and without notice.
18. The PBT Media Relations Ltd. news and rss feed systems are intended
to lead to sales, work or further discovery. Promotion of services and
goods is not an appropriate use of the system. If used tha way the user
can have the account/s immediately disabled and/or removed with out
warning by The PBT Media Relations Ltd. or its agents, with no refund!
7. The promotion and recruitment of media staff is done so by registed
users only.
8. The PBT Media Relations Ltd. has a stated policy regarding the
posting of sexually explicit images to its web pages. Sexually explicit
images are not permitted on this site, unless agreed by PBT Media
Relations Ltd. Sexually explicit images include, but are not limited to
images of sexual intercourse, obvious states of sexual arousal
(erections), or overt sexual positions (such as noticeably visible or
spread genitalia). Failure to adhere to this restriction will result in
the removal of the images, and the disablement/removel of that users
account. In some cases consistent misclassification (rating) or
categorization of images may result in the forced setting of ratings and
gross violations may result in the removal of your submissions.
9. PBT Media Relations Ltd. does not support bandwidth theft, the
linking of images from PBT Media Relations Ltd. websites to other sites,
or the misuse of links from Other sites to PBT Media Relations Ltd.
websites. Anyone found linking images from PBT Media Relations Ltd. to
other sites, copying content from PBT Media Relations Ltd. websites, or
inappropriately linking to PBT Media Relations Ltd. websites. (to
increase their views - through use of hidden frames, or using programs
to artificially raise page views etc.) will result in permanent REMOVAL
from PBT Media Relations Ltd. websites without notification. Only PBT
Media Relations Ltd. agreed sites can display content, as this also
protects your copyright!
10. You should be aware that if you voluntarily disclose personal
information (e.g., user name, email address), that information can be
collected and used by others and may result in unsolicited messages from
other parties, and shall therefore be the sole responsibility and
liability of the poster. Note that once the search engines have cached a
page it may remain on their servers for a considerable period of time.
11. As a member of Vampire - you will be contacted by other system
members seeking to work with you, as well as occasional emails from
Vampire. As new features or member programs and promotions are developed
and launched you will be informed via the site and also by email.
12. This User Agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to
the Service and the Sites shall be governed by, and construed and
enforced in accordance with, the laws of the United Kingdom. By your
usage of, or your posting to, this site constitutes your agreement to,
but not limited to, the current conditions listed in this agreement.
13. Vampire is not intended for users under the age of 18. If you are 17
years or younger do not submit a portfolio or any personal information.
14. PBT Media Relations Ltd. reserves the right to change and modify
these usage rules as appropriate and without notice.
15. PBT Media Relations Ltd. may use any of the images a member submits
for the top banner on the homepage provided a link is placed to that
members profile. We might also send out a watermarked, low resolution
copy to media groups to aid your sale if requested by the poster.
17. Violation of any of the above Terms and Conditions will cause your
membership to be terminated.
18. If we remove your use, you will not be refunded!
19. Moderator and Administrator decisions are final.
20. We will amend and change these rules as required by UK and
International Law. You will be notified should any changes be applied.
21. All transactions must have the users terms of usage displayed
clearly before sale.
22. If you find you have confidential material to tell us about, you
must contact us with that information clearly marked not for publishing!
Do not post on the system, unless instructed to do so by PBT Media

23. ID cards are only given to vetted and known members and are to only
be used as proof that you are a recognised news gather. We do not accept
any responsibility for your actions and the use of the card. Improper
use will result in remove and the demand for the card back.
24. All none staff users can say that they are submitting work on this
website, but must not suggest that they are employed by Vampire. Wrong
representation will result in possible legal action and removal of your
information.
25. If you remove your profile and stop using the service, your work
will be removed, to the best of are ability as well. If accidentally
your work/information is still displayed, it is your responsibility to
inform us so that we can remove it!
26. Only vetted (media work vetted) and known users can request for help
from PBT Media Relations Ltd. to access to news events via Vampire.
This will only be do on at the discretion of PBT Media Relations Ltd.
27. All ID cards supplied by PBT Media Relations Ltd. remain the
property of PBT Media Relations Ltd. and mist be surrendered in if
requested to do so.
28. If you loss your ID it is your responsibility to inform us. We will
replace as quickly as we can, but we accept no responsibility for any
losses incurred due to the loss.
29. All ID cards are none transferable and will have carry a
verification code that can be checked via PBT Media Relations Ltd.
30. It is your responsibility to keep all information up-to-date and
correct.
31. We are not a job agency or recruitment agency, so do not ask us to
display recruitment requests. If you want to recruit a user, do not go
through us, contact that user direct!
32. All users of our networking news system agree not to send out SPAM
via it. If found out you will be removed with out warning.
33. The word 'vetted'
is referring to being professional and know to work professionally with
in the media. It does not imply that they are CRB checked!
34. We will from time
to time request ID card users to submit information that will allow us
to keep our records up-to-date. They my also be required to
provide information for legal usage, like CRB checks.
35. If you display a
trade organisation or union membership, you must must provide proof that
of your membership is valid and failure to do so can result in removal.
36. If required to
conduct CRB check on a freelance member,
PBT Media Relations Ltd. can request payment for the check to be
carried out. That member/user account might then be suspend until
a valid CRB has been received. If fail, PBT Media Relations Ltd.
will make a decision as to remove or keep your profile. |
